About Us

St. Hedwig School offers a structured Extended School Day Program. The program includes supervised study time, outdoor recreational activities, arts and crafts and snacks.

Extended School Day Program (Morning): This takes place in the library. TK/K students will be walked to their classrooms by the morning supervisor.

Extended School Day Program (After School): This takes place for all grades in the Kindergarten Area.

HOURS:

M-F mornings: 6:45 - 7:30 a.m.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons: 2:45 - 6 p.m.

Friday afternoons: 1:30 - 6 p.m.

Minimum days: Noon - 6 p.m.

Forms are due by April 22nd.

Please fill out the forms below in its entirety if you are interested in enrolling your child in the Saint Hedwig Extended School Day Program.

Once completed, please email the forms back to Dianne Sabol or turn the forms into the front office at your convenience.
